1 October 2007: this is D-Day for changes to employment law. On this day, the National Minimum Wage will increase to £5.52 for adult workers. At the same time, statutory paid annual leave will increase from 4 weeks (20 days) to 4.8 weeks (24 days). Check out the implications of this change in our briefing note.
