Westminster Licensees Association   Campaigns

Campaigns

The WLA exists to represent the views of its members to key decision-makers, political audiences and the press in order to influence the development of policy by Westminster City Council and others.

We aim to have a constructive input into the policy making debate to ensure that the needs and concerns of our members are addressed in final policies.

In addition, through our formal submissions to political audiences, we seek to promote recognition of wider benefits the industry brings to customers, local communities and the economy as a whole.

The WLA represents the sector on the Westminster Entertainment Forum and has quarterly one-to-one meetings with Councillors, officials, police, courts and other audiences at which we can raise and represent specific cases brought to us by members.
